    3 pt. Peanut Butter Kisses Muffins

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups reduced fat Bisquick®
    1/2 cup granular sugar substitute (Splenda)
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup no-fat sour cream
    6 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips -- (1 ounce)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 wells of a 12-hole muffin pan with butter-flavored cooking spray or line with paper liners. Put a small amount of water in remaining 4 holes

    In a large bowl, combine baking mix and Splenda. Add skim milk, sour cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

    Evenly spoon batter into the 8 prepared muffin wells. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Place muffin pan on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Remove muffins from pan and continue cooling on wire rack. Serves 8
