1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 cup Amazing Mayonnaise (see recipe under Misc. category)
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp chopped scallions
1 1/2 tsp rice-wine vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp honey Recipe
Rub the inside of a small bowl with garlic; discard garlic. Add mayonnaise to the bowl along with ginger, scallions, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, mustard and honey; stir to blend.
