1 package Good Seasons Italian dressing mix;
balsamic vinegar; water;
1 can of beans

Good Seasons has a special cruet to mix the dressing in - fill vinegar to the vinegar line (about 1/2c), fill water to the water line (about 1/4c), pour in package mix; shake; drain can of beans into cruet, mix again. Makes 10 servings.
Special Notes
You can use any variety of the Good Seasons dressing mixes, any vinegar you choose and any type of beans work - I prefer canelli beans. The beans give the dressing the consistency that oil would, without the oil!
