    1c light helman's mayonnaise (best foods)
    1c buttermilk
    1/2 tbsp onion salt
    1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 c fresh parsley minced
    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Will be thick.
    2 tbsp dressing equal 1 point.


    Special Notes
    This is really good. It was shared by our leader at a recent meeting. I use it for a dip also.
