List of Ingredients
8 oz can chick peas, rinsed and drained
8 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15.75 oz can cut green beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1Tbsp dried minced onion
1Tbsp parsley flakes Recipe
Soak dried onions in 1Tbsp of water until soft. Combine beans in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix. Refrigerate for an hour or so to let flavors meld.
Serves 4.
Serving size is one cup. Would also make a nice light meal served with a pita or melba toasts.
