List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups yogurt skim milk, Strained
2 medium Cucumbers
6 cloves garlic Crushed
1 dashes Vinegar 1-2
Salt To Taste
Recipe
1) Peel the cucumbers with a veggie peeler and cut very finely, food processor.Drain and squeeze well and then add salt.
2) Add the garlic, vinegar, yogurt and mix
3)sprinkle with paprika and olives ( optional)
Serves 6.
