    cole slaw mix (no dressing), as much as you like
    teriyaki sauce 1/4 c
    apple, 1
    raisins, 1/4 c

    Recipe



    Fill a bowl with cole slaw (bagged varieties make it simple), slice an apple into small pieces, top with raisins, then drizzle teriyaki sauce over top (my favorite is Soy Vey Teriyaki). If you let it marinate a bit, it's even better. Serves 2.


    Special Notes
    This creation has been giving me good fruit and veggie servings with my dinner and is a tasty alternative to green salads.
