2 cups cherry tomatoes
fresh broccoli florets
fresh cauliflower florets
1 small red onion -- finely chopped
2 each green onions -- finely chopped
7 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise, Kraft
4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
25 packets equal¨ sweetener Recipe
Quarter tomatoes, chop broccoli and cauliflower. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate 2-3 hours, stirring often to marinate. Serving Size : 1 at 2 Points for the whole bowl!
Becky's note: This tastes even better when you let it set in the fridge overnight before eating!
