2 pt. Frozen Fruit Salad

12 oz fat free cool whip
1 pkg sugar free mandarin orange flavored jello
1 large can peaches packed in water or light syrup
1 can mandarin oranges
1 small can pineapple chunks packed in juice
1 small can Sunkist orange sections
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries Recipe
Pour the fruit into a collander and discard the juice or syrup. Rinse with water and pat with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Mix the coolwhip and dry jello together, then fold in fruit. Spread evenly in a 9x13 pan and freeze. Cut into 12 squares, about 3 inches each. (2 pts. per square)
Original poster's notes: I usually precut it then take out one serving at a time and microwave it for about 5 seconds to soften it up enough to eat. My husband doesn't usually like lowfat stuff but he liked this one.
