    List of Ingredients




    1 Large can chunk Pineapple (in its own juice)
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 small box - cook and serve Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
    1 huge bowl of fruit diced and mixed

    Recipe



    Combine juices from pineapple and mandarin oranges with vanilla pudding. Mix well. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Let sauce cool a little and toss over a huge bowl of fresh fruit of your liking (Be sure to add the pineapple and mandarin oranges with the fresh fruit.) Refrigerate.

    approximately 2 pts per 1 cup serving.
