    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 15-ounce cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 cups seashell pasta, cooked al dente

    Recipe



    In a cruet or jar with a cover, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic; shake well. In a salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour dressing over and toss. Chill several hours.

    Makes about eight cups.
