List of Ingredients
12 cups assorted sliced vegetables:
yellow squash, zucinni, green onion, red, yellow & green pepper, carrots, cucumber, celery, radishes, grape or cherry tomatoes
5 cups rainbow rotini pasta (one pkg.)
3 oz, smoked gouda cheese - cubed
3 oz, mozerrella cheese - cubed
1 bottle FF Italian dressing
Seasoning blend such as herbed pepper, or Mrs. DashRecipe
Cook and drain pasta according to pkg directions. Add remaining ingredients, season to taste, Chill before serving.
Makes 20 cups - 2 points per 1 cup
