    2 pt. Pasta Veggie Salad

    1 lb cooked pasta
    1 tbs plus 1 tsp olive oil
    1 tbs vinegar
    1 packed dry Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
    3 cups of raw veggies of choice-
    (original poster's note: I stay away from carrots and onions, they have points;celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and fresh mushrooms are what I use.)

    Recipe



    Mix everything together and chill.

    2 pts. per cup

    If you use less veggies remember to increase the points, you will be eating more pasta.
