    1 Can pear halves in light syrup
    1/2 Tablespoon cheddar cheese shredded
    1 Teaspoon Fat-Free Mayonnaise
    1 Leaf lettuce leaves

    Recipe



    Place lettuce leaf on individual plate. Place pear half on leaf. Top with shredded cheese and dollop of mayonnaise. Serves 1.
