4 pt. Black Bean Rice Salad

List of Ingredients
1 (16oz) package frozen rice pilaf with veggies
1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 TBS. reduced-fat olive oil vinaigrette
1 TBS. lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp pepperRecipe
Cook pilaf according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.Transfer rice pilag to a large bowl. Add beans and remaining ingreds. to rice pilaf; toss mixture well. Cover and chill 30 mins.
Yields: 4 servings (1 cup per serving)
