    4 pt. Overnight BLT Salad

    Plastic Wrap
    1 cup (8 oz. bottle) light ranch salad dressing
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    4 cups torn Romaine lettuce
    2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 package (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
    1/3 cup chopped green onions
    4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and coarsely crumbled

    Recipe



    STIR together salad dressing, Parmesan cheese and pepper in small bowl; set aside. In medium serving bowl, layer lettuce, potatoes, tomato and peas; spread with salad dressing mixture. Sprinkle with green onions.

    COVER with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon just before serving.
