    List of Ingredients




    8 Cups greens mixed salad greens, bite-size
    3 Tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
    4 Teaspoons red wine vinegar
    1/8 Teaspoon salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 Small red onion thinly sliced
    12 Small pitted green olives
    3 Medium Roma tomatoes (plum), sliced
    6 Ounces tuna in water, canned drained and flaked

    Toss salad greens, oil, vinegar, salt. Add remaining ingredients, toss. Serves 4

    According to booklet Nutritional Value as follows:
    (1/4 of recipe approx. 2 1/4 cups)
