    5 pt. Classic Chicken Salad

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    3 T reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 T cider vinegar
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp celery seeds
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    2 1/1 cups cooked cubed chicken breast
    2 cups green beans lightly steamed
    2 celery stalks
    2 T grated onion

    Recipe



    In a small bowl combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds and pepper. In a medium bowl combine chicken beans celery and onion. Add the yogurt mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered at least 1 hour before serving.
