4 pt. Graduation Loose Meat Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
32 ounces ground lean turkey or beef (90%)
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
2 cups Diet Coke
2 teaspoons Jo's Loose Meat seasoning (or any meat seasoning)
12 reduced calorie hamburger buns Recipe
In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, brown meat & onion. Add Diet Coke and meat seasoning. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated., stirring occasionally. For each sandwich, fill a bun with about 1/3 cup of mixture. Serves 12. Each sandwich is 4 points.
