8 (1-ounce) slices of Vienna bread
6 ounces sliced reduced-sodium deli smoked ham
4 (3/4 ounces) slices part skim mozzarella cheese
7-oz jar of roasted red peppers, cut in strips

1. Top 4 slices of bread with ham, cheese, and peppers strips; top with remaining bread slices.
2. Coat both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray. Place sandwiches on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 5 min. on each side or until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
