    1 28-0z can crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    \In a blender, mix tomatoes, basil, and oregano. In a medium sauce pan heat olive oil, then toss in garlic and cook until lightly brown. Add salt and pepper to oil. Add pureed tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately over pasta. Makes 3 cups.

    Serves 4. One serving = 3/4 cup sauce.
