Sweet: 2 pt. Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons margarine (I prefer butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon up to 1/2 teaspoonRecipe
Mix cocoa and sugar in small saucepan; stir in milk and add margarine. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve warm or at room temperature.
