    List of Ingredients




    1 head of Escarole
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    1 lg can of College inn 99% FF chicken broth
    Garlic

    Recipe




    Sautee garlic in Pam till golden brown. Cut stewed tomatoes into cubes. After garlic is brown throw in tomatoes and sautee for a few minutes. After cleaning escarole well, chop up and place in pot. Sautee for a minute then add chicken broth. Let simmer till escarole is tender. Makes 6 servings.


    Special Notes: Its a must try.....You can add pasta and also add a teaspoon of grated cheese but this will change point total. You can also do the same as above and instead of escarole use snake squash (less broth and peel squash and cube) and put it over pasta mmmmmmm GOOD
