3 15 oz can of 99% fat free chicken broth
2 16 oz bags of vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli & carrots
1 can Rotel tomatoes (If Rotel is too spicy use an Italian Tomato)Recipe
Cook until vegetables are tender. Then add 10 oz Lite Velvetta Cheese. This makes 10 cups at 1 point per cup.
