List of Ingredients
1 cup canned kidney beans
1 cup canned pinto beans
1 cup canned black beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup frozen corn
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin Recipe
Rinse beans in a colander. Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low for about 8 hours. Optional toppings (be sure to count the topping points!): grated lowfat cheddar cheese and/or nonfat sour cream. Serves 8.
Chowder is also great as a topping to a baked potato!
