List of Ingredients
16 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 14 oz can chicken broth (fat-free)
2 cups water
1 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup (fat-free)
1 10 3/4 oz cream of celery soup (fat-free)
2 cup milk (1%)Recipe
Combine the first 4 ingredients in large pot with cover. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk, salt and pepper to taste. Add green onions, ham flavorings etc as desired.
