Soup: 2 pt. New England Clam Chowder

1 lb potato(es)
4 cups Snow's All-natural clam juice
1 medium onion
1 cup Snows minced clams
1 cup skim milk Recipe
Peel and dice potatoes and cook in boiling salted water till almost tender. Drain potatoes and add clam juice chopped onions and cooked potatoes. Simmer till potaoes are tender. Put half of the potatoes and broth in a blender and puree` till smooth. Return to pot and add clams and milk . Season with your favorate seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes.
Makes 6 generous 1 cup servings!
Special Notes
If you omit the milk the soup is only 1 point per 1 cup serving!
