List of Ingredients
1 tbsp margarine
1 large onion, sliced and separated
3 tsp instant beef bouillon
3 cups hot water
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper
3 slices diet bread, toasted, divided
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, divided
2 1/4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Recipe
Combine margarine and onion in a 2 qt microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 8-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water, bouillon, sauce and pepper. Cover and microwave on high 6-8 minutes. Reduce to medium power and microwave 5 more minutes. Divide into 3 bowls.
Top each with 1 slice toasted, cubed, diet bread, 1 tbsp parmesan and 3/4 oz shredded mozzarella.
serves 3.
Note: You can always adjust the ingredients to add or subtract points. I love onions, so I always use more than one.
