    List of Ingredients




    3 cups water
    2 cups frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes (such as Ore-Ida)
    2 cups choppped lean ham
    1 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrot
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    Dash of pepper
    1 (14.75-ounce) can cream-style corn
    1 (11-ounce) can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup, undiluted

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add corn and soup; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.

    Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
