    Stew: 5 pt. Crockpot Brunswick Stew

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pcs.
    3 med. potatoes, cut into 1/2" pcs.
    1 med. carrot, chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (15 to 16 oz.) lima beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (14 3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
    1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except bacon and red pepper sauce in 3 1/2-6 qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs (or HIGH 3-4 hrs.) or until potatoes are tender. Stir in bacon and pepper sauce.

    Serves 10 at 5 pts per serving
