2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic -- minced
4 small yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise -- about 3/4 pound
4 med zucchini, cut in half lengthwise -- about 1 1/2 lbs.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush cut surfaces of yellow squash and zucchini with half of basil mixture; set aside. Prepare grill. Place vegetables, cut sides down on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning and basting once with reserved marinade.
Yield: 8 servings
