2 packages frozen whole green beans -- (about 5 cups) -- (9-ounce pkgs)
2 teaspoons stick margarine
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons cider or balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
parsley springs -- (optional)Recipe
1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil over high heat in a large nonstick skillet; add green beans. Cover and cook 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender; drain.
2. Combine green beans and margarine in skillet; cook over low heat until margarine melts. Add chopped fresh parsley, vinegar, salt, and tarragon; toss well. Garnish with parsley springs, if desire. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
