    ÊCarrots steamed with cardamom are a sweet side dish.

    4 cups baby carrots
    2 tablespoons apple juice
    1 teaspoon butter
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cardamom

    In 10-inch nonstick skillet, combine all ingredients; place over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
