3 tbsp Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread -- or reduced calorie margarine
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 pounds fresh asparagus -- cut into 2" pieces
1 cup fat free chicken brothRecipe
In a skillet over medium-high, heat Brummel & Brown and brown sugar until sugar dissolves. Add asparagus & sautŽ for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & cover. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Remove asparagus to serving dish & keep warm. Cook sauce, uncovered, until reduced by half. Pour over asparagus & serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
