    2.4 pt. Carrot Souffle

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound carrots
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    4 tbsp butter
    1 cup Splenda
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Cook carrots until tender. Drain well.Process carrots and remaining ingredients until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Spoon into lightly greased 2 Qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until brown.

    Yield: 8 (1/2 cup servings) - 2.4 pt. each
