    Pam cooking spray--butter
    I can sliced white potatoes
    Onion Salt
    Beef Broth

    Recipe



    Spray pan with Pam and cook onions until soft. Add potatoes and season to taste with onion salt. I cook the potatoes for a few minutes then add about 2 tbsp. beef broth and cook on low until potatoes brown. These are so good and only 2.5 points for the whole can! =)
