List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 lbs carrots
2 Tblsp dill seeds
3-4 garlic clovesRecipe
Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil an cook until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Add carrots, dill sees, and garlic, return to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, cover and chill 10 minutes. Drain carrots to serve
