Kernels from 4 ears of corn
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 cup lean ham, julienned
1 bell pepper, seeded, cored, diced
1 teaspoon garlic Recipe
Remove kernels from corn. In a large skillet add oil and strips of ham. Saute until strips are crisped. Add corn, bell pepper and garlic. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until kernels are tender. Serve immediately.
