    3 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
    3 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425¼. Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges. Place in a bowl. Combine oil, garlic, salt and paprika; toss with potatoes, coating them thoroughly. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake until wedges are golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes.

    Makes 8 servings.
