    2 cups chopped onions
    10 3/4 ounces Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
    5 crackers -- Ritz, crushed

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350¼. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with butter flavored spray. In a large skillet sprayed with the same spray, sautŽ onion until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, EXCEPT cracker crumbs. Blend well. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 60 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes.

    Serves 6. "3 Points per serving"
