8 fresh ears of corn, husks and silks removed
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Place corn in a large shallow saucepan containing just enough boiling water to cover them. Add sugar, return to a boil and boil 5-6 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly. Serve immediately with butter, parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste.
