    List of Ingredients




    5 cups potatoes -- unpeeled, cooked, diced
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup celery -- chopped
    1/4 cup bacon bits
    10 3/4 cans Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup equal¨ sweetener -- pourable
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350¼ F. Spray an 8-by-8 inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, celery, and bacon bits. In a small bowl, combine celery soup, vinegar, Equal, and mustard. Add soup mixture to potato mixture. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes.

    Serves 6 at "3 Points per serving"
