1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup (The 10 1/4 oz size)
1 C. Non fat sour cream
8 ounces reduced fat colby jack cheese shredded
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoesRecipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Combine first 3 iingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes and stir. Place in a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam spray. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Serves 12 WW points 4 per serving
Monica's Notes: The original had 315 cal. and 21 g of fat and 1.7g of fiber. I reduced this to 175 cal. and 6.5 g of fat and 1.2 g of fiber by using the nonfat sour cream and reduced fat cheese!
