20 ounces potato -- (1 pkg Simply Potatoes, thin slices)
1 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose -- Wondra
1 tablespoon bacon bits, optional
salt and pepper -- to taste
garlic powder -- to tasteRecipe
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer the potatoes, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder in the dish. (Add bacon bits at this time if desired) Mix the flour into the milk. Pour the milk mixture over the potatoes. Cook covered for about 40 min or until potatoes are tender. Uncover the last 5-10 min. Makes 4 generous servings
