List of Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (or meat of your choice) made into 1 oz meatballs
2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 med onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small chile pepper, seeded and minced
spices of your choice such as black pepper, cayenne, paprika
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 cup water
Recipe
Brown meatballs and onions with garlic then add to crockpot with rest of ingredients. Cook on low setting 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or rice noodles, if desired.
