2 lb Beef Chuck
1 lg Onion
1/2 t Liquid Smoke
1 c Salt Free Barbecue Sauce (see recipes)
Recipe
Slice onion and place in bottom of crockpot. Place beef on top. Drizzle liquid smoke over. Cook on low 10-12 hours. Remove meat and onion, drain and shred. Add sauce and mix well.
