Crockpot Roast Beef

List of Ingredients
1 small- medium Sirloin Tip roast
8 red skin potatoes quartered (8 to 10)
1 cup baby carrots
2 cups fresh green string beans
1 onion cut in medium pieces
2 cups mushroom caps quartered
black pepper (I use a lot with beef)
3/4 tsp rosemary (more or less to taste)
3/4 tsp bay leaf (more or less to taste)
2 cups no-sodium beef broth
Recipe
Clean and cut vegetables. Put in bottom of crockpot. Put roast on top of vegetables; pour in beef broth. Add rosemary and bay leaf. Coat top of roast with black pepper. Cook on high for 4-6 hours depending on your crockpot and size of roast. I usually check roast after 3-4 hours to judge how it's cooking.
