Ground Beef Pie

List of Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 small can no-salt added tomato sauce with enough water to equal 1 cup liquid total
2 1/2 cups prepared mashed potatoes (no salt dairy, or fat used in preparation)
3 cups cooked or canned green beans optional
Recipe
In oven safe skillet, brown beef and onions. Drain. Add tomato and spices. Let simmer 15 minutes. Layer green beans on top (if using), then layer on potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned on top.
