Juan's Dominican Spice Dish

List of Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 bunch oregano chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1 lb lean ground beef (chicken or turkey may be substituted)
1 med potato chopped
1 green bell pepper sliced in 1 inch chunks
1 red bell pepper sliced in 1 inch chunks
1 large onion thinly sliced
Recipe
Put garlic, cilantro, oregano and vinegar into a blender and liquefy. Take 2 tbsp of mixture and let it simmer in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 lb ground meat. After cooking for 10 minutes, add chopped potato, chunked peppers and sliced onion. Simmer until potatoes are done. Optional: use cubed chicken or turkey. You can also add a small can of tomato sauce for added flavor.
