Southwest Beef Fried Rice

8 oz. lean ground beef
1 cup brown rice (Cooked ahead of time and stored in fridge)
1 cup salsa (recipe from body makeover kit)
Recipe
Brown ground beef in a non-stick skillet or wok (I prefer the wok) drain, add rice. Stir just to heat rice. Add salsa, mix in well and serve.
